Nurturing the entrepreneurial mindset of GPP diploma graduates and preparing them to become job creators, not just job seekers.
The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) at GPP is established as per AICTE guidelines to promote entrepreneurship among diploma students. It aims to build entrepreneurial skills, connect students with the startup ecosystem, and support those who wish to start their own ventures after completing their diploma.
The EDC works in close coordination with the SSIP Committee, Innovation Cell, and industry partners to create a complete ecosystem for student entrepreneurs at GPP.
Short-term awareness camps for students to understand the basics of starting a business.
Intensive training covering business ideation, planning, legal aspects, and financing.
Visits to local industries and MSMEs to expose students to real business environments.
Sessions by successful entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and startup founders.
Annual competition for students to pitch business ideas and win seed funding support.
EDC works closely with the SSIP Committee to convert ideas into funded projects.
