Submit copies of: Information letter, Admission slip, Bank challan, 10th marksheet/ITI marksheet, School Leaving Certificate, Income & Caste certificates, Aadhaar card.
Steps: (1) Download & fill form → (2) Attach self-attested proofs → (3) Submit to Student Section. Ready in 2 working days. Required docs: Dept. head counter-signature, college I-card copy, term fee receipt, last marksheet.
Transfer is permitted in 3 situations: (1) Death of parent after 1st year admission, (2) Medical board recommendation for change of place, (3) Mutual transfer between same branch/semester students in two govt. colleges. Apply: 1 Aug – 15 Sept.
GTU students: apply on GTU portal (non-passout students need bonafide cert first). TEB students: register on teb.cteguj.in.
