A confidential and impartial mechanism for students to raise academic and non-academic grievances at GPP.

About the Grievance Cell

The Grievance Cell at GPP is constituted in compliance with AICTE norms to address student grievances in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Any student facing issues related to academics, administration, or campus life can approach the Grievance Cell without fear of victimisation.

Types of Grievances Handled

Redressal Process

Submit Grievance

Submit a written or online grievance to the Grievance Cell or Principal's office.

Acknowledgement

The committee acknowledges receipt within 3 working days.

Inquiry

A fact-finding inquiry is conducted by the committee members.

Resolution

Decision communicated to the complainant within 30 days.

5

Appeal

If unsatisfied, student may appeal to the Ombudsman or higher authority.
