Review available grants and identify the most suitable one for your research area.

Draft research proposal: objectives, methodology, expected outcomes, budget.

Submit proposal to Innovation Cell / Principal for internal approval and forwarding.

Apply via the funding agency's portal (e.g., AICTE OMS, SSIP portal, GUJCOST).

Carry out the research; maintain progress reports and utilization certificates.

Submit final report, accounts, and publications to the funding agency.
