Government Polytechnic Palanpur is committed to addressing student grievances promptly and fairly. Every student has the right to a safe, equitable, and supportive educational environment.
As per GTU and AICTE guidelines, GPP has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee to address complaints from students, parents, and staff. All complaints are treated with confidentiality and resolved impartially. No student will face any negative consequences for raising a legitimate grievance.

Concerns related to examinations, evaluations, attendance, or academic processes.
Issues with documentation, certificates, scholarships, or institute administrative procedures.
Complaints about hostel, canteen, laboratory equipment, internet, or campus infrastructure.
Cases of ragging, bullying, discrimination, or any misconduct against students or staff.

Approach any committee member in person or submit your complaint in writing to the Complaint Box placed at the college entrance / office.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and assigned a reference number for tracking.
The committee will investigate the complaint, gather facts, and may call both parties for a hearing within 10 working days.
A decision will be communicated in writing within 30 working days. If unsatisfied, you may escalate to the GTU Ombudsman.
If you are not satisfied with the committee's decision within 30 days, you may escalate to the GTU Ombudsman as per GTU instructions.
